To repair or tear down and build new is often a question many owners ask. There are benefits and drawbacks to both options. Metro Concrete Restoration draws on a history of materials testing and consulting on large concrete structures for more than 40 years of combined knowledge. This provides our project managers with the background to understand how a concrete structure was built and what is likely going on within the structure to accurately diagnose a solution for the problem, and not just address the surface situation that is visible. This experience provides owners with confidence that when they choose to repair instead of build new, the repair we propose will be better than or equal to the rest of the structure, thus restoring the structure's service life, and allowing the structure to be back in service faster than building new.
